Tish Showell, LCAM, CMCA
Founder & CEO
Tish Showell is the CEO and Founder of Condo Living Consulting & Management, Inc. A Florida Licensed Community Association Manager since 1996 and a Certified Manager of Community Associations, Tish brings nearly 30 years of experience in community association management and operations.
Throughout her career, she has managed boutique condominiums, villa communities, large-scale associations, and luxury communities. Her experience includes Board relations, financial oversight, vendor management, capital projects, compliance, staff leadership, and community transitions.
Tish founded Condo Living Consulting & Management to provide communities with a more personal, responsive, and experienced alternative to larger management companies. Her approach is hands-on, straightforward, and centered on clear communication, proactive planning, sound financial practices, and consistent follow-through.
By maintaining a selective portfolio, Tish remains personally involved and provides each Board with experienced leadership and customized service.
Her goal is simple: to help Boards operate more effectively, protect the interests of the association, and build stronger, better-managed communities.
